Crockpot Chicken Tacos
4 chicken breasts (no need to cook them, toss them in frozen or thawed)
1 can Rotel
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 packet taco seasoning
Mix slightly and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove chicken and shred with two forks; return to pot and stir.

this may be a dumb question - but i have not cooked with a crockpot much - but i put raw chicken in there? or do i bake it first or something? looks yummy though! thanks!

By far the best crockpot chicken taco recipe ever. I like it so much I am cooking again now and doubling the recipe. I have even sent tacos to neighbors. :))
